Welcome to our cozy guesthouse located at Tokyo Asakusa 5-7-9!
This is a three-story house with a total area of about 80㎡, accommodating up to 7 guests.

Layout:

1st Floor: Open kitchen + dining area, perfect for enjoying meals with family and friends.
2nd Floor: Comfortable Western-style bedroom (two 1.4m double beds).
3rd Floor: Traditional Japanese-style tatami room (three 1m futons).
4th Floor: Rooftop terrace with a landscaped design, an ideal spot to relax and enjoy the Tokyo city atmosphere.

Bathrooms: 2 toilets + 2 shower rooms, convenient for groups.
Appliances: Washing machine, refrigerator, microwave, vacuum cleaner, hair dryer.
Kitchenware: Fully equipped with pots, pans, dishes, and utensils for cooking.

About 10 minutes on foot to Senso-ji Temple and Kaminarimon Gate.
About 12 minutes on foot to the nearest Asakusa Station.
Surrounded by many traditional Japanese restaurants and local hot spring experiences. A lively yet tranquil place to stay.
Convenience stores and drugstores are all within a 5-minute walk.

This is an ideal accommodation to explore the charm of Tokyo’s downtown (Shitamachi). Whether for a family trip or a stay with friends, it will surely leave you with unforgettable memories.

【About Reservation Cancellation】
Cancellations will be subject to the following cancellation policy:
• Up to 5 days before check-in: Free of charge
• 5 to 2 days before check-in: 50% of the total accommodation fee
• 1 day before or on the day of check-in: 100% of the total accommodation fee
• No-show without prior notice: 100% of the total accommodation fee

【About Reservation Changes】
Changes to reservations (such as changing the check-in date) will be handled according to the following policy:

Change requests made up to 5 days before check-in: Free of charge

Only one change is allowed. The new date must be within 90 days from the original booking date.

Changes are subject to availability and may not be accepted depending on vacancy.

Change requests made 5 to 2 days before check-in: A fee of 50% of the accommodation fee will be charged as a change fee.

Change requests made 1 day before or on the day of check-in: A fee of 100% of the accommodation fee will be charged as a change fee.

If no notice is given regarding a change request: It will be considered a cancellation, and 100% of the accommodation fee will be charged.

If you wish to make a change, please contact us as early as possible.
In cases of special circumstances (such as natural disasters), please consult us directly for individual consideration.

Refunds will be processed through the designated method after the cancellation procedure is completed. For details, please contact us.
